Osaka University International Certificate Program (OUICP)

Osaka University International Certificate Program (OUICP) is an interactive, hybrid educational program consisting of both online and study abroad courses that makes effective use of UOsaka ASEAN Campuses. Carried out over the course of 9~10 months, OUICP (Outbound) sends UOsaka students to study at one of UOsaka ASEAN Campuses, while OUICP (Inbound) invites students from UOsaka ASEAN Campuses for a short-term study abroad experience at the University of Osaka. The University of Osaka issues a certificate upon successful completion of the program on a specific field with 6 to 8 credits.

Eligibility

UOsaka graduate students (only individuals expected to remain enrolled until the end of September of the following year after the start of their program)

Applications for the AY 2025-2026 have closed.
Application information for the AY 2026-2027 will be posted on the website around June 2026.

OUICP (Inbound)

Eligibility

Graduate students of universities/partnering institutes in UOsaka ASEAN Campus Project (must be enrolled at the university/institute until the end of August of the year following the start of the program)
Working individuals from a country with an UOsaka ASEAN Campus who have received at least a bachelor’s degree
