*Note: The university is considering the restructuring of dormitories and faculty and staff housing. Details will be announced upon completion of the plan. Renters will be asked to vacate within about 2 years after the plan is finalized.

Eligibility
- Priority will be given to faculty and staff members who have been transferred from far away as well as new faculty and staff members.
- If there are any available rooms left over, other faculty and staff members (including specially-appointed/part-time faculty and staff members) will be allowed to move in.
(Note: This housing is considered a welfare facility and is ineligible for housing allowance. Security deposits/key money will not be collected.)

Global Village Tsukumodai

Note: Global Village Tsukumodai is currently fully occupied. There are currently several people on the waiting list for single-occupancy units (1K) and around 20 applicants waiting for one-bedroom units (1LDK), with an estimated waiting period of more than six months (approximately half of whom have also applied for other housing options).
For family units (3LDK), there are more than 50 households on the waiting list, and the estimated waiting period is over four years.
