Please refer to the following and make your reservation via the reservation system.

Eligibility for use

  1. OU faculty and staff and their families
  2. Visitors and their families who have a definite purpose
  3. Patients treated at Osaka University Hospital/Osaka University Dental Hospital and their families
  4. OU students and their families

Please provide the following when making a reservation:

  • Name of the person making the reservation
  • Telephone number
  • Availability for a phone call
  • Email address (PC or smart phone)
    • Make sure that the email address field is filled with the correct address. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us via the contact information listed below. (Make sure to also check your spam folder as it may have been filtered in error.)
  • Name(s) of the guest(s)
  • Address(es) of the guest(s)
  • Planned check-in time
  • Guest eligibility (select from the above Eligibility list)
  • Purpose and point of contact at OU

If more than one person is sharing a room...

If more than one person will share a room, please enter the name and relationship of a representative of the group when making a reservation. *Only family members may share a room.

When checking in, please provide the names and relationships of all guests who will be staying in the room. (When someone else checks in for you, they are asked to do the same.)

Reservations

  • If you wish to check in outside of the reception hours (10:00 a.m. ~ 4:00 p.m.), please check in during the reception hours and receive the key. (Someone else can check in for you.)
    • Note: Depending on room availability, early check-in may not be available.
  • You cannot stay at these facilities during the the New Year holidays (12/29~1/3) as you will be unable to check in or check out. While it is possible to select these dates on the system, it is not possible to stay at these facilities during the holiday period.
  • You can stay up to two months from the check-in date until the check-out date. If you book a room for more than 2 months, you will receive a cancellation notification (your booking will become void).

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made on the Reserve Gate until the day before your stay, but if you wish to cancel on the day of your stay, please contact us by phone.
