Caution

Changing Your Reservation

To change your reservation, first cancel your current reservation and make a new one that reflects the changes. *Changes to reservations via email will not be accepted.

Payment

Please pay by credit card at the Manager's Office.

(Cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, China UnionPay)

Those without a credit card are asked to pay via transfer to a designated university account. (Transfer fees must also be paid at the guest's expense.) For more information, please ask the manager at the office.
Note that payments cannot be accepted in cash.

Those who wish to have their fees covered by subsidies for operational costs or grants-in-aid for scientific research are requested to make an accommodation reservation and (once their reservation number has been finalized) apply to the accountant clerk at their host school or research institute using the forms linked below.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations/no-shows will be charged cancellation fees at the rates listed below. Note that cancellations made before the day of your stay will not be subject to cancellation fees.

• Cancellations on the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
• No-shows: 100% of the accommodation fee

Hours of Operation: Hours of Operation: Monday ~ Friday (10:00 ~ 16:00) (Excludes summer and New Year's Holidays)
*Check-in: 14:00-16:00 (Users cannot check in after 16:00)
(Users cannot check in or check out during the university's summer closure period and year-end/New Year's Holidays.)

Duration of Stay: No more than 2 months from your check-in date until your check-out date.

Application: Applications should be made between 3 days and 6 months prior to the scheduled start of your stay.

1. Take the Hankyu Senri Line and get off at Kita-Senri Station. Walk east for about 20 minutes.
2. Take the Osaka Monorail and get off at Handai-Byoin-Mae, and walk for about 20 minutes to the University.
3. Take the subway (Midosuji Line) and get off at Senri-Chuo. Take the Hankyu Bus bound for Handai-Honbu-Mae or Ibaraki Mihogaoka, and get off at Handai-Honbu-Mae. Walk north for about 15 minutes.
4. Take the Hankyu Kyoto Line and get off at Ibaraki-shi Station. Take the Kintetsu Bus bound for Handai-Honbu-Mae, and get off at Handai-Honbu-Mae. Walk north for about 15 minutes.
5. Take the JR Tokaido Line and get off at Ibaraki Station. Take the Kintetsu Bus bound for Handai-Honbu-Mae, and get off at Handai-Honbu-Mae. Walk north for about 15 minutes.
