The application guidelines for the University of Osaka tuition fee exemption system for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year have been published on the relevant webpage. Please check this page for more information.

If you wish to apply, please read the application guidelines carefully and complete the required procedures by the deadline.

*The University of Osaka tuition fee exemption system is mainly for graduate students and international students. Please note that this is a different program from the Higher Education Student Support Program for Japanese undergraduate students.
