Reponsibilities
Administrative duties at Osaka University (educational planning, student support, international planning, research promotion, industry-university co-creation, community-university co-creation, public relations, general affairs, management planning, personnel affairs, finance/accounting, improvement of information infrastructure, hospital operations, etc.)
Qualifications
Individuals who were born on or after April 2, 1991 (including those who will graduate in the AY2024)

Limited term full-time/part-time staff employed by Osaka University as of April 1, 2024, and who were born on or after April 2, 1979
Provisions for Disqualification
Individuals who fall under the following cannot take the examination.
- Individuals who are serving a prison sentence, individuals on probation, and individuals who are serving any other sentence
- Individuals who have formed or belong to a political party or other organization that advocates subversion of the Constitution of Japan and/or any government bodies established therein
- Individuals who do not hold a status of residence in Japan that allows for unrestricted work activity (This does not include individuals who are able to acquire a status of residence that allows them to work at Osaka University from the starting date.)

(However, prospective employees may choose to begin work on or after August 1, 2024.)

Employment Terms
8 hours/day, 5 days/week (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Working Hours: 8:30~17:15
Break Time: 12:15~13:00
(However, employees may be required to work overtime and on holidays.)

Salary and Benefits
Base salary will be decided based on personal history:
Individuals hired immediately after obtaining their bachelor’s degree
196,200 yen (base salary) + 23,544 yen (regional allowance) = 219,744 yen
Individuals hired immediately after obtaining their master’s degree or individuals with ~2 years work experience after obtaining their bachelor’s degree
208,000 yen (base salary) + 24,960 yen (regional allowance) = 232,960 yen
Allowances: commuting, housing, family, overtime
Bonuses: year-end, performance (June, December)
Raises: Generally, raises are given on January 1 based on performance during the previous year.

Selection Process
After screening application forms, we will be holding group and individual interviews.
The first of these interviews are scheduled to take place between late May and early June 2024.
*Interviews for individuals who will graduate during AY2024 will be held from early June.
Results of document screening will be sent to the email address you registered in your preliminary application. If you do not receive any correspondence regarding these results by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 24, 2024, please call or contact the university via the contact information listed in the Inquiries section below.
