Method for making tuition payments
Tuition is paid in two equal installments. The first installment is due in May; the second installment is due in November.
1. Undergraduate/graduate students
Your tuition fees shall be paid from your financial institution account at a member bank of the Japanese Bankers Association or Japan Post Bank by automatic bank account transfer on the day specified by the university. You need to register your account to the Tuition Payment Account Registration System.
・Tuition fee for the first semester: May 27 | Tuition fee for the second semester: November 27
・If the payment due date falls on a non-business day, your payment will be processed on the next business day.
・Make sure you have enough money in your account to cover the amount due.
・You will not be charged a transfer fee.
・If you cannot register during the registration period, please pay at a financial institution counter via bank transfer using a bank transfer request form sent by the university by the specified date.
The registration period for the first half of AY2024 has ended.
The registration period for the second half of AY2024 will be announced on this page at a later date.
2. Auditor students, special auditors, research students
Please pay at a financial institution counter via bank transfer using a bank transfer request form sent by the university by the specified date.
3. Notes
If/when tuition fees are revised, outstanding fees must be paid at the revised rate.
