Reservations for the Kasugaoka House (for long stays)

Please refer to the following and make your reservation via the reservation system.

Reservations

If you wish to stay at the Kasugaoka House, please make your reservation through the Accommodation Reservation System.
*With the launch of the new system, please contact the Manager's Office by email if you need to cancel a reservation made through the old system.

  • Accommodation is not available during year-end and New Year holidays (December 29– January 3).
    While it is possible to select these dates on the system, applications will not be accepted.
  • In principle, you can stay for a period of more than one month to less than two years.
  • Please ensure that you make a reservation by the day before your preferred check-in date.

  1. UOsaka faculty and staff and their families
  2. Visitors and their families who have a definite purpose
  3. Patients treated at the University of Osaka Hospital/the University of Osaka Dental Hospital and their families
  4. UOsaka students and their families

Required information for reservation

  1. Name of the person making the reservation
  2. Contact information (telephone number)
  3. Preferred contact time
  4. Email address (PC or smartphone)
    *Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct. A reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.
    If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us via the contact information listed below. (Make sure to also check your spam folder.)
  5. Name(s) of the guest(s)
  6. Address(es) of the guest(s)
  7. Planned check-in time
  8. Guest eligibility (select from the above eligibility list above)
  9. Purpose and point of contact at UOsaka

If more than one person will be staying in the same room

If more than one person is sharing a room, please enter the name and personal information of the representative of the group when making a reservation.
*Only family members may share a room.When checking in, please provide the names and relationships of all guests who will be staying in the room.
For A Type rooms at Kasugaoka House, only one child of elementary school age or younger is permitted to share the room.
