Eligibility

The following individuals may participate in this tour:

1. Officers/members of the West Japan Division of The Japanese Association of College and University Archives
2. Faculty members of Osaka University Museum Links
3. Concurrent faculty members of the Osaka University Archives
4. Osaka University Library staff
5. Anyone else who wishes to participate

Schedule

• 3:00 PM - Reception begins
• 3:10 PM – Lecture: “About the Osaka University Archives – The National Archives of Japan and Nurturing Archivists”
  Lecturer: Professor KAN Masaki (Osaka University Museum Links)
• 4:10 PM – Break into 2 groups for tours of 2 exhibition rooms in the Icho Kaikan:
  Medical History Museum Exhibition Room | Kishimoto Medical History Museum Exhibition Room (Graduate School of Medicine)
• 4:40 PM – Move to Co-Creative Innovation Building to view YUKAWA Hideki’s dissertations
  Once finished, move to the Archives (Participants can view Dr. Yukawa’s degree application documents in the Archives.)
• 4:55 PM – Tour of the Archives in 2 groups (20 minutes per group, the other group will wait in the Reading Room)
• 5:35 PM – Tours conclude, return to Icho Kaikan to disband
