Posting of application guidelines for the AY2026 enrollment fee exemption program for October enrollees and 2nd semester (October–March) tuition fee exemption program

The application guidelines for the tuition fee exemption system for the second semester of AY2026 have been published. Please check this page for details. If you wish to apply, please read the application guidelines carefully and complete the required procedures by the deadline.

(Note) The University of Osaka tuition fee exemption system is mainly for graduate students and international students. For details of the Higher Education Student Support Program for Japanese and other eligible undergraduate students, please see the Guide to Higher Education Study Support Program Enrollment Fee & Tuition Fee Reduction on our website.

If you wish to apply for the AY2026 enrollment fee exemption program for October enrollees and 2nd semester (October–March) tuition fee exemption program as a result of being affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, please submit your application under this program.
