Alumni: Register Your Contact Information to Get Information on Alumni Services

Osaka University plans to send information about events and services to alumni mailboxes so that the university can maintain connections with its alumni and foster a sense of community among graduates.

To make sure this direct mail reaches as many alumni as possible, we are asking all alumni to register their contact information with the university.

If you register now, you can get official Osaka University merchandise (one of the following: gold bookmark, notepad, tricolor ballpoint pen, mechanical pencil, ballpoint pen, sticky note, etc.)!

How to Register

Register your contact information via this form. (takes 1~2 minutes)

We will enclose a piece of official Osaka University merchandise in direct mail sometime between late February and early March to all alumni who register their contact information by January 20, 2025.

Those who register their contact information during the period of January 21, 2025, and May 31, 2025 will also receive the merchandise on a first-come, first-served basis.

We would like to maintain alumni connections and support alumni via various services and events, so we ask that you register your contact information with us.

Osaka University is pleased to provide a lifelong email service to its alumni to send various information of the university. If you haven’t gotten yours yet, please apply for one!

*Note: Individuals who graduated during or after March 2014 were automatically given a lifelong email address, so there is no need to apply.
