Responsibilities
Duties at Osaka University Hospital, including:
- Management of general affairs, human resources, budgeting, contracts, and operation strategy
- Medical duties, including medical billing collection, enforcement of facility standards, promotion of medical safety, patient information management and patient support, and
- General management duties, including support for clinical training and clinical research conducted at the hospital
Qualifications
Individuals born on or after April 2, 1990
(This includes individuals who will graduate during the 205-26 academic year.)

*Certification (both current and expected) as a health information manager, social worker, and/or public health nurse is a plus.
*We’re looking for applications from individuals who wish to undertake management duties at the hospital.
Provisions for Disqualification
Individuals who fall under the following cannot take the examination.
- Individuals who are serving a prison sentence, individuals on probation, and individuals who are serving any other sentence
- Individuals who have formed or belong to a political party or other organization that advocates subversion of the Constitution of Japan and/or any government bodies established therein
- Individuals who do not hold a status of residence in Japan that allows for unrestricted work activity (This does not include individuals who are able to acquire a status of residence that allows them to work at Osaka University from the starting date.)

(However, prospective employees may choose to begin work on or after August 1, 2024.)

Employment Terms
8 hours/day, 5 days/week (not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Working Hours: 8:30 am ~5:15 pm
Break Time: 12:15~1:00 pm
(However, employees may be requested to work more than contractual working hours and holidays.)
Employees can take annual leave according to the “Regulations Pertaining to Working Hours, Holidays and Leave for National University Corporation Osaka University Staff” and “Detailed Regulations Pertaining to Working Hours, Holidays and Leave for National University Corporation Osaka University Staff.”

Salary and Benefits
Base salary will be determined by the employee’s business background and other details:
Individuals hired immediately after obtaining their bachelor’s degree
220,000 yen (base salary) + 26,400 yen (regional allowance) = 246,400 yen
Individuals hired immediately after obtaining their master’s degree or individuals with ~2 years work experience after obtaining their bachelor’s degree
230,000 yen (base salary) + 27,600 yen (regional allowance) = 257,600 yen
Allowances: commuting, housing, family, overtime
Bonuses: year-end, performance (June, December)
Raises: Generally, raises are given on January 1 based on performance during the previous year.
Salaries, allowances, bonuses, and raises are determined according to the “Salary Regulations for National University Corporation Osaka University Staff.”

Application Process/Documents

(2) After confirmation and screening of your information, the university will send you a notification regarding submission of application forms for successful applicants. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified regarding this decision via email.

Application Deadline
Online applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
Application forms must arrive by 5:00 pm on Friday, April 25, 2025.
Selection Process
Applicants who passed screening of information entered on MyNavi are requested to submit their application.
Application screening, group interviews, and individual interviews will also be carried out.
Group interviews are scheduled for late May or early June 2025.
Results of document screening will be sent to the email address you registered in your application.
