Teaching and Learning Policy (Curriculum Policy)
Teaching and Learning Policy (Curriculum Policy) states basic principles of design for curriculum and class content and education methods necessary for implementing the Education Objectives and Diploma Policy. Based on Curriculum Policy of the University of Osaka as a whole, curriculum for undergraduate and graduate courses are laid out as follows.

■ Undergraduate Program
In order to help students acquire the knowledge and skills set forth in the Diploma Policy, the University of Osaka systematically designs general education, major, and international subjects and provides them by combining lectures, seminars, and practical training as appropriate. The university also strictly evaluates the academic performance of students through examinations.
■ Graduate Program
In order to help students acquire the advanced knowledge and skills set forth in the Diploma Policy, the University of Osaka systematically designs major subjects, along with advanced general education and international subjects and provides these advanced subjects by combining lectures, seminars and practical training as appropriate, together with excellent research guidance. The university also strictly reviews the academic performance of students through examinations and evaluations.
