Application Form for Expected Exemption/Deferred Payment of Enrollment Fee

Those who will complete admission procedures (for example, admission to graduate school/transfer to school) via the online system for enrollment must make a pre-application for Exemption/Deferred Payment of Enrollment Fee via the system.

Applicants are not required to submit a hard copy of this form.

In order to complete procedures for exemption from and/or deferment of enrollment fees for admission, applicants need to follow the steps noted below. Make sure to complete all of the necessary procedures by the deadline.

1. Submit a written Application Form for Expected Exemption From and/or Deferment of Enrollment Fees for Admission or make a pre-application by the online system for enrolment.

*The details of admission procedures differ depending on the type of entrance examination. Applicants should carefully check the procedures to be sent.

3. Submit the required written forms and any other necessary documents to the Student Center.

*Note that registration systems differ depending on the applicant.
