Application Form for Expected Exemption/Deferred Payment of Enrollment Fee

In order to apply for exemption from and/or deferment of enrollment fees for admission, applicants must submit the Application Form for Expected Exemption/Deferred Payment of Enrollment Fee

• Application Form for Students Who Plan to Apply for Exemption and/or Deferred Payment of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Enrollment Fee (file in English)

In order to complete procedures for exemption from and/or deferment of enrollment fees for admission, applicants need to follow the steps noted below. Make sure to complete all of the necessary procedures by the deadline.

1. Submit a written Application Form for Expected Exemption From and/or Deferment of Enrollment Fees for Admission
2. Register with the Enrollment and Tuition Fee Exemption Application System.
3. Submit the required written forms and any other necessary documents to the Student Center.

*Note that registration systems differ depending on the applicant.
*For information regarding the deadlines of each step listed above, contact the department to which you will submit your documents for entrance procedures regarding step 1 and refer to the Application Guidlines regarding steps 2 and 3.
(Application Guidelines will be published at the end of February for April enrollment and at the end of August for October enrollment.)

Applications will not be accepted after the application period.
