Osaka University Nakanoshima Center

The Nakanoshima Center, which was established at the birthplace of Osaka University, Nakanoshima in April 2004, was renovated and opened in April 2023. From this hub where four domains of knowledge (culture, art, science, and technology) are intersected, the university will share information about art as well as co-creation with society and industry.

Some rooms may be available free of charge for gatherings, such as meetings of OU community members and class reunions for deepening friendships.

Osaka University Hall

Ahead of the 80th anniversary of the university's founding, Osaka University Hall, which had been known as "E-go Kan," was renovated and reborn in 2011 as a storehouse for memories of earlier times for OU-related people and as a symbol of the university's heritage and spirit so that the university could promote various activities related to cooperation with local communities, industry, and international society.

Osaka University Convention Center

The Osaka University Convention Center was established for the purpose of promoting education and research and sharing information with the local community by holding symposiums, lectures, workshops, open lectures, and social gatherings.

Osaka University Tokyo Office

To develop Osaka University as a world-class research university, OU has opened the Osaka University Tokyo Office as a base in the nation’s capital.

The Tokyo Office is available for use by Osaka University faculty and staff (including former faculty and staff), OU students, graduates and other OU affiliated persons.
