Laptop Rental Services [March 9, 2024]

Osaka University offers students who don’t afford to buy a laptop due to financial reasons the opportunity to rent a laptop free of charge for a year or half a year. Entrance Examination Fee Waiver for Applicants Affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake [Updated January 18, 2024]

Osaka University sends its deepest condolences to those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.

The university has made the decision to waive entrance examination fees to applicants affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake. For details, click the link below.

If you are unable to gather the appropriate documents to apply for exemption of examination fee payment, please contact the Admission Division by phone or email. The contact information for the Admission Division is located on the front page of the Application Materials.

In addition, if you are unable to apply for admission online due to a network outage or if circumstances do not allow you to gather all of the necessary documents by the application deadline, please contact the Admission Division. We will do our best to aid you in your situation.

*The Faculty of Medicine plans to apply to the MEXT to increase the quota for the Department of Medicine from 95 to 97. Thus, the number of quota listed in the Application Guidelines for the February Entrance Examination may change.
