KOMATSU Mikita, Former President of Daiwa Asset Management, Joins UOsaka as CFO

UOsaka is pleased to announce that KOMATSU Mikita, former President of Daiwa Asset Management joined us as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on October 1, 2026.

UOsaka has established the Strategic Planning Council (SPC) to enable agile decision-making on institutional management policies and resource allocation strategies through effective collaboration among the President, the Provost, the Executive Vice President in charge of Co-Creation, and the CFO.
To further strengthen our management structure and build a robust financial foundation, we have appointed KOMATSU Mikita, who possesses extensive expertise and experience in finance and global strategy, as our CFO, responsible for overseeing UOsaka’s overall financial and management operations. By welcoming him as a member of SPC, UOsaka will enhance its strategic decision-making and financial governance.
