Third case on Suita Campus! Center for Development of Co-Creative Environment (Agora2) (tentative name) (to be completed in Spring 2025) certified as ZEB Ready!

Currently under construction with a planned completion of March 2027, the Center for Development of Co-Creative Environment on the Suita Campus (Agora2) (tentative name) achieved energy-saving performance "ZEB Ready*" by reducing its energy consumption by 52% from standard primary energy consumption levels.

The building received its certification of the Building-Housing Energy-Efficiency Labeling System (BELS) from ERI Holdings Co., Ltd. on December 12, 2025.

*ZEB Ready
A Net Zero Energy Building ("ZEB") is a building that aims at a “zero” balance of annual primary energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment.
The ZEB is evaluated in four stages based on the primary energy consumption levels of buildings: ZEB, Nearly ZEB, ZEB Ready, and ZEB Oriented, with energy savings greater than 50% certified as ZEB Ready.
