Comment from the Lacrosse Captain
We managed to snatch first place at the Seven Universities Meet held in Hokkaido, achieving our second consecutive championship. Winning the tournament without a single loss truly demonstrates the fruit of our steady daily training. Various players performed well in the matches, and the team worked together to earn this extremely valuable victory. We will continue to strive harder to win again next year.

Women’s Track and Field
The Women’s Track and Field team won the competition held on Saturday, July 26, and Sunday, July 27, at the Maruyama Track and Field Stadium. It was their third consecutive championship.
Comment from Track and Field Captain
"Although we fell short of our team’s goal of winning the overall championship for both men and women, our women’s team was able to meet its goal of winning the Seven Universities Meet for the third year in a row. We scored consistently and performed quite well on the whole across the events, achieving an overall victory with a significant lead over the second-place Kyoto University. Despite the pressure of aiming for a third consecutive championship, we achieved remarkable results far exceeding our expectations. We will dedicate ourselves to a full year of training, aiming for a fourth consecutive women's championship and our first overall victory in three years in both men's and women's categories. We would sincerely like to thank our alumni and others involved for their support as well as those who rooted for our team."
Women's Soft Tennis
The Women's Soft Tennis Competition was held over three days from Tuesday, August 26, to Thursday, August 28, at the tennis court in the Nopporo General Sports Park. Our Women’s Soft Tennis team won the team championship for the first time in 30 years.
Comment from Women’s Soft Tennis Captain
Last year, we finished in a disappointing 4th place in the team competition, so this year we all prepared for the matches aiming for the championship. There were many interruptions due to rain, making it difficult to maintain our spirits at times. However, we fought by fully bringing out tenacity, which is the strength UOsaka is proud of, and achieved our first team championship in 30 years. We are also very happy that the University of Osaka took first and second place in the individual competitions. We won't rest on our laurels here and will strive for better results in the league matches at the end of September, so we appreciate your continued support.

Day 2: Semifinal vs. Kyoto University (3-0)
vs. Hokkaido University (2-1)

vs. Nagoya University (3-0)
