Two OU Faculty Members Named to Clarivate’s Highly Cited Researchers 2024 List

Two OU faculty members from the Immunology Frontier Research Center (IFReC) were named to the Clarivate Analytics’ Highly Cited Researchers 2024 list.

The highly cited researchers are determined by analyzing citation data over the last 11 years. Of researchers who authored multiple highly cited papers which ranked in the top 1% by citation, researchers who received more than a certain number of citations and who demonstrated significant influence in their fields of research are selected.

Specially Appointed Professor SAKAGUCHI Shimon, whose achievements in the field of immunology are highly evaluated, has been selected for the 11th time in a row from 2014 when Highly Cited Researcher awards were issued for the first time.

Specially Appointed Professor KAMADA Nobuhiko, who works at the University of Michigan via the Cross-Appointment System, was also selected for the 3rd time in a row in the Cross-Field category.
