What is ZEB Ready?

A Net Zero Energy Building ("ZEB") is a building that aims at a “zero” balance of annual primary energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment.

Based on the primary energy consumption level of buildings, the ZEB is evaluated in 4 stages: ZEB, Nearly ZEB, ZEB Ready, and ZEB Oriented, and energy savings of greater than 50% is certified as ZEB Ready.
