Dr. Wani will take part in the opening festival of the new Minoh station

Osaka University’s official mascot Dr. Wani will appear in the opening festival of the new Minō-Semba-Handaimae Station on March 23, 2024.

Dr. Wani may even make a surprise joint appearance with a certain famous mascot!?

Venue: Minoh-semba-handai-mae Station area (in front of the Osaka University Minoh Campus)

Osaka University Minoh Campus is a three-minute walk from the new Minoh-semba-handai-mae Station, which will open on the Kita Osaka Kyuko Railway on Saturday, March 23, 2024.

The new station will improve access to the campus, allowing visitors to come to the campus from the center of Osaka City without needing to change trains at Shin-Osaka, Umeda, or Namba.
