OU Calligraphy Club receives a Certificate of Appreciation from the Toyonaka Chief of Police

The Japanese police have designated January 10 as "110 Day" to urge citizens to properly use 110, an emergency number for police in Japan.

A campaign to raise awareness about the emergency number and prevent the use of 110 for non-emergencies was held at Senchu PAL in Toyonaka City on January 10, 2024. The members of OU Calligraphy Club joined the campaign by performing live calligraphy.

On February 9, the club received a Certificate of Appreciation and a message of thanks from the Chief of Police Department of Toyonaka City for their cooperation.
