The 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake: Info for Affected Students

Dear students,

I wish to send my deepest condolences to those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake. Osaka University resumed classes as usual on Thursday, January 4, but if you are unable to return to Osaka from the affected regions and must miss class as a result, please contact the Educational Affairs Section of your school/graduate school.

If you have a concern about attending school because your family has been affected by the earthquake, please contact the Educational Affairs Section of your school/graduate school.

Regardless of whether or not you have been directly affected by this disaster, if you notice any changes in your physical and/or mental health, you are welcome to consult with the Health and Counseling Center.
