Talk with the President #1 held (AY2023)
"Talks with the President" is a series of talks that has been hosted by the Student Life Committee since 2019 in which President NISHIO Shojiro and OU students discuss key issues. The first of these talks for AY2023 was held in the President's Office on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
Seven graduate students (master's and doctoral) made presentations on the topics noted below under the theme of “How I Develop my Expertise -- What I Learn at OU and Future Direction of my Research,” having lively discussions with President Nishio.
Just like last year, students from various fields offered their opinions on each presentation, making for discussions that were stimulating for both the presenters and those listening.

These talk sessions will continue to be held monthly for the rest of this academic year for a total of 8 sessions.
