Osaka Prefecture's Growth Strategy Bureau Director visits Institute of Laser Engineering

On Friday, June 2, 2023, Director IKEDA Junko of the Growth Strategy Bureau, Policy Planning Department, Osaka Prefecture and her entourage visited the Institute of Laser Engineering to learn about the facility and its high-power laser technology, which is anticipated to play a key role in the prefecture’s future industry.

She also talked with ILE Director KODAMA Ryosuke and Professor YOGO Akifumi about their plans for the most powerful and repetition rate lasers in the world by citing examples of industrial applications.
