Expanding eligibility for campus accommodations and introducing new reservation system

From April 1, 2023, the following individuals will be eligible to make use of accommodation facilities at Osaka University (specifically International House, Toyonaka; International House, Suita; Machikaneyama Kaikan, and Kasugaoka House):

1. OU faculty and staff and their families
2. Visitors and their family members who have a definite purpose
3. Patients treated at Osaka University Hospital/Osaka University Dental Hospital and their families
4. OU students and their families

In addition, a new reservation system, ReserveGate, was implemented on March 29, 2023 for the following 3 facilities. We ask that those who wish to stay at these facilities make their reservations through this new system.

• International House, Suita
• Machikaneyama Kaikan
• Kasugaoka House (for short stays/S-type)

*Note that reservations for long stays at Kasugaoka House (A-/B-/C-type rooms) require you to send an application form just as before.
