OU RESEARCH GAZETTE Vol. 1 published

Osaka University has launched the OU RESEARCH GAZETTE to introduce a portion of the diverse research carried out at Osaka University to readers at regular intervals with the aim of deepening their understanding of research activity at the university.

Featured in this special inaugural issue are a round-table discussion with President Nishio and five early-career researchers active in a variety of fields as well as individual interviews with each:

• Professor KUWAKINO Koji (Graduate School of Humanities)
• Professor MATSUOKA Yumi (Immunology Frontier Research Center)
• Associate Professor IWATA Natsumi (Institute for Advanced Co-Creation Studies)
• Assistant Professor MASUDA Yoichi (Graduate School of Engineering)

Through this journal, we wish to inspire readers to have an interest in research conducted at OU, consider the future, and take on the issues facing our global society together with our researchers.
