Former OU President HIRANO Toshio awarded Grand Cordon of the Order of the Sacred Treasure

Former OU President HIRANO Toshio (currently: President, National Institutes for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology) has been awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Sacred Treasure in this year’s state autumn decorations.

The Grand Cordon of the Order of the Sacred Treasure, the highest ranking of the Order, is awarded to individuals for their long-term contributions to public service.
