Regarding revisions to Osaka University’s COVID-19 response levels (effective May 20, 2020)

With the lifting of Osaka Prefecture’s restraint request, Osaka University aims to return to normal operation over an extended period while gradually relaxing its own response levels according to the stage in the government’s state-of-emergency declaration and the “Osaka Model,” Osaka Prefecture’s exit model for COVID-19.

Initially, the university will relax the activity level for administrative staff to level 3.0, after which it will gradually revise other response levels beginning from May 25.
