Lecture for students held by Daihatsu President MITSUI Masanori


On Monday, November 28, President MITSUI Masanori of Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. was invited to a deliver a lecture entitled "Building Automobiles, People, and Dreams: An Exclusive Talk from the Top of Daihatsu," in which the Daihatsu President spoke on the appeal of automobiles and manufacturing.

This lecture was held by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc., in order to get young people to learn about the appeal of automobiles, and the Campus Life and Career Support Division at Osaka University in order for students to know more about manufacturing and ways of thinking in top corporations as part of its career support efforts.

Attendees were able to hear all kinds of valuable anecdotes, everything from President MITSUI's experiences as a technician to corporate strategy in the future, and the content of the Q&A session that followed the lecture was so deep that it ran overtime.


Prior to the lecture, President MITSUI had a conversation with Osaka University President NISHIO Shojiro, at which President NISHIO was presented with a commemorative gift from President MITSUI.
