The new academic calendar will be introduced from April 2017

Osaka University will introduce a 4-term system on a university-wide basis in April 2017, to replace the conventional semester system. Under a 4-term system, an academic year is divided into 4 terms, with each term consisting of 8 weeks including an exam period.
