11 Research Universities Proposal: "Policies that should be undertaken in the future"

In order for the university to further develop as a valuable entity which answers the demands of society, the 11 Research Universities (RU11)* hereby make their proposal on the topic of "Policies that should be undertaken in the future."

*The eleven RU11 universities are:
Osaka University, Hokkaido University, Tohoku University, University of Tsukuba, The University of Tokyo, Waseda University, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Keio University, Nagoya University, Kyoto University, and Kyushu University.
