Projects selected for Osaka University Research Abroad Program and Osaka University Visiting Scholar Program
Starting with the 2014~15 academic year, Osaka University began an Osaka University Research Abroad Program and an Osaka University Visiting Scholar Program . These programs aim, through joint authorship of international theses and establishment of international joint labs, etc., to increase opportunities for conducting international joint research projects at and by Osaka University. Furthermore, these programs aim to improve the quality of OU research for promising research projects by supporting plans to send OU researchers overseas and accept overseas researchers at OU research labs.
Information regarding support provided for projects
:
The following support will be provided for projects in which OU researchers are sent overseas for joint research projects and projects in which overseas researchers are accepted for joint research projects in OU laboratories. • Sent overseas -- Short term : a maximum of 1 million yen . • Accepted from overseas -- Short term : a maximum of 1.5 million yen . Long term : a maximum of 4.5 million yen . |
