In order to apply, applicants first need to make registration via the " exemption application system " during the period noted below.
Application forms are not available at the Student Centers. Students who have no access to the Internet are requested to contact the Suita Student Center.

Submission of necessary documents to the Student Center -- Monday, March 10, 8:30 a.m. ~ Wednesday, March 26, 4:30 p.m.

Application for exemption from, deferment of, and installment payment of tuition fees

Registration via the exemption application system -- Thursday, March 20, 0:00 a.m. ~ Friday, April 11, 4:30 p.m.
Submission of necessary documents to the Student Center -- Thursday , March 20, 8:30 a.m. ~ Friday, April 18, 4:30 p.m.
