" Application forms for exemption from or deferment of tuition fees, or for paying tuition fees in installments for the second half of the 2013-2014 academic year " and " Application forms for exemption from or deferment of enrollment fees for admission in October 2013, exemption from or deferment of tuition fees, or for paying tuition fees in installments for the second half of the 2013-2014 academic year " are now available.

Also, applications for exemption from tuition fees for the second half of the 2013-2014 academic year for students whose family suffered economic losses attributable to the Great East Japan Earthquake are now being accepted.
