Award ceremony for the 2nd Presidential Awards for Achievement and Presidential Awards for Encouragement held

On Friday, August 2, the award ceremony for the 2nd Presidential Awards for Achievement and Presidential Awards for Encouragement was held at the MO Hall in the Convention Center on the Suita campus.
Presidential Awards for Achievement were established for the purpose of recognizing faculty members at Osaka University who achieved outstanding performance in education, research, administration, or social and international contribution in order to further promote the development of Osaka University.
Presidential Awards for Encouragement were established for the purpose of recognizing faculty members (primarily aged 40 or under) who achieved outstanding performance in education and research and for the purpose of encouraging their future activities.
