First all-weather field with artificial turf completed on Suita campus

Of the playing fields on Osaka University's three campuses, the playing field on the Suita campus was recently resurfaced making it the university's first all-weather field with artificial turf.
On Tuesday, July 2, a ceremony celebrating the resurfacing was held. On behalf all of the different sports clubs and their members, a student representative thanked President HIRANO, saying, "We will do our utmost, persevering both in practice and in competitions thanks to this wonderful playing field!"
The ceremony concluded with members of several OU's sports clubs christening the field with a synchronized multi-sport "kickoff."
