Prime Minister Abe talks with Students
On Friday, June 28, Prime Minister ABE Shinzo visited the Toyonaka campus of Osaka University and met with seven students from national and public universities in Osaka and Hyogo prefectures. In a meeting chaired by BANDO Kumiko, Director, Higher Education Bureau, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the students spoke with the Prime Minister about their lives in university, their studies, thoughts, career paths and hopes.
Prime Minister Abe encouraged the students to persevere, saying, "You have clear visions for your future. This makes you indomitable. Please continue to go forward, holding fast to your dreams."
After the talk, one of the students said, "I'm grateful we were able to talk with Prime Minister Abe. It was a valuable experience."
