The series Osaka University Future Talks begins!

The series Osaka University Future Talks in which individuals active in different fields present lectures related to the theme "ascertaining the true essence" began on Tuesday, April 30 . In Future Talk #1 , Osaka University President Toshio HIRANO presented a lecture entitled " Making each Moment Count -- Steps to the true essence of things ".

Before an audience of some 300 participants, Dr. Hirano talked about his experience as a researcher. In the question-answer session, participants shared their views and asked questions, deepening interaction among participants, researchers, and students in a variety of fields.
