Professor Y. Kitaoka and Professor Emeritus F. Hanaoka awarded the Medal of Honor with purple ribbon

Professor Yoshio KITAOKA (Solid-state Physics, Graduate School of Engineering Science) and Professor Emeritus Fumio HANAOKA (Biological System Pharmaceutical Science) have been awarded the Medal of Honor with purple ribbon .

The conferment ceremony will be held in Tokyo in June.
