URGENT: Announcement regarding the approach of Typhoon #14 and the Guidance in Looking for a Job session scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 30

Please be aware that the approach of Typhoon #14 may affect the holding of the Guidance in Looking for a Job session scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 30 in the gymnasium on the Toyonaka Campus.

That is, if a "Severe warning of strong winds" ["kyoufuu-keihou"/強風警報] is issued by the Weather Bureau for the northern part of Osaka, the holding of the Guidance session will be affected as follows:

• If a "Severe warning of strong winds" is in effect at 11:00 a.m. (the time the Guidance session is scheduled to start), the start will be postponed and participants will wait to see how the situation develops.
• If a "Severe warning of strong winds" is issued but lifted by 1:00 p.m. the Guidance session will be held from the time the warning is lifted , with a possible extension of the closing time.
• If a "Severe warning of strong winds" is issued and NOT lifted by 1:00 p.m. , the Guidance session will be canceled .
• Finally, if the Guidance in Looking for a Job session begins as scheduled and is in progress when a "Severe warning of strong winds" is issued, the persons in charge of the event will make a decision about what to do and announce it. In such case, please follow the instructions issued.
