Minoh FM starts broadcasting -- (ongoing University-Community Collaboration)

The conclusion of a university-community collaboration agreement between Osaka University and Minoh city, a new FM radio station known as "Tackey 816 Minoh FM" went on air at the beginning of April 2010, featuring the regular program outlined below. The program is a product of collaboration between the university and Minoh city.

Osaka University and Minoh city welcome this cooperative venture, seeing it as a chance to introduce local citizens to university events and cultural assets and, thereby, be a key to fostering a closer relationship between local citizens and the university.

Henceforth, every month, students and educators from Osaka University will present a program about a variety of events and aspects of the university and, in this way, promote the university by "living locally"!

We look forward to hearing about our program from many of our listeners!
