Applications for Research Collaborator (GASR-funded)

Osaka University's Research Collaborator Support System supports researchers facing difficulty in continuing research due circumstances such as child birth, child-rearing, or nursing a family member. Under this system, graduate students, undergraduate students, and those who have finished graduate or undergraduate courses at Osaka University may be employed as subsidized researchers ("specially appointed researchers") or research assistants ("technology assistants") in order to make it possible for them to continue pursuing their career without abandoning their research due to one of the above reasons.

  • The program is accepting applications for the 2010 - 2011 academic year (April 1, 2010 ~ March 31, 2011).
  • The application period is January 12 to February 12, 2010. After an initial screening, interviews will be conducted at the end of February.

Applications are being accepted at the web page of the Diversity Development Committee.
