Announcement regarding 2021-22 Annual Physical Examinations for all OU Students except new undergraduate students

Locations/Dates

Health Care Division, Health and Counseling Center (HaCC)
(1) HaCC Toyonaka – Monday, April 12 ~ Friday, April 16
(2) HaCC Suita – Tuesday, April 20 ~ Wednesday, April 28 (not including weekends)
Note: This year checkups will not be performed at HaCC Minoh. You can get your checkup at either Toyonaka or Suita regardless of your faculty/school.

Times

10:00~15:00 (Checkups take approximately 20 minutes)

Before your checkup, be sure to:

1. Fill out the Web Checkup Questionnaire (starts Friday, April 2)
2. Make a reservation for your checkup (reservations will be accepted starting in early April)

On the day of your checkup, please bring:

1. Your student ID
2. Your "Pee Pole" with your first voided morning urine sample. (A Pee Pole will be available at the Educational Affairs Division of your school.)

Your checkup will include:

1. Urine Test (Pee Pole)
2. Height and Weight Checks
3. Blood Pressure Check
4. Health Interview
5. Chest X-ray (only for eligible students)

Point of caution

Those who received their Annual Physical Examination in the Fall Term of the 2020-21 academic year must also receive an Annual Physical Examination in the Spring Term of the 2021-22 academic year.
