Move-out

Please note the following when moving out of the apartment.

1. Make an offer to the landlord or the management company one month before moving out.
2. Remove your personal belongings without leaving any trash. (Charge for oversized garbage and recycled home appliances: please see the website of the city where you live.)
3. Check the room with landlord or the management company.
4. Return the key after terminating your contract.
5. Pay the billed amount for restoration if incurred. (Give the landlord of the management company your contact information.)
