European Center for Academic Initiatives
Introduction to the Center
The Osaka University European Center for Global Initiatives was established at the University of Groningen in 2005. The University of Groningen, founded in 1614, allows its visitors feel the history and tradition of the Netherlands, an internationally active country. Not only that, this energetic university also has a newer, modern side, as can be seen in its endeavors to address global issues, including those related to the environment.

My specialty is biology. I’ll make efforts to promote exchange between The University of Osaka and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa abound with various languages, cultures, and history.
