A Delegation from the U.S. Association of Former Members of Congress Visited UOsaka on October 21, 2026

On October 21, 2026, six former members of the U.S. Congress, representing both the Republican and Democratic parties, visited UOsaka as part of a delegation from the bipartisan U.S. Association of Former Members of Congress.
The following individuals represented UOsaka:
NAKAJIMA Hiroo, Professor, Osaka School of International Public Policy
YAMAMOTO Beverly Anne, Regional Director, North American Center for Academic Initiatives
The former members of the U.S. Congress joined approximately 40 students with an interest in U.S. politics for candid, small-group discussions on American politics and Japan-U.S. relations.
