The Vice-Provost of the University College London visited UOsaka on June 17, 2026

On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, a delegation from UCL, a Global Knowledge Partner, led by Vice-Provost Geraint Rees, paid a courtesy visit to Executive Vice President Mikako HAYASHI.
From UOsaka, Vice Director Chihiro ITOH and Associate Professor Saori OOBAYASHI of the Institute for International Initiatives, Professor Manabu IKEDA of the Health and Counseling Center (HaCC), Director Kiyoshi TAKEDA of the Immunology Frontier Research Center (IFReC) attended the meeting. During the meeting, participants engaged in concrete discussions toward the joint symposium scheduled for November 30–December 2, 2026.
A research exchange session on the symposium was also conducted, and afterwards, they visited the Center for Quantum Information and Quantum Biology (QIQB).
