APRU activity report 2024 APM

Participation in the APRU 28th Annual Presidents’ Meeting (APM) 2024

The Annual Presidents’ Meeting (APM), the annual general meeting of the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU), a multilateral consortium of which UOsaka is a member, was hosted by the University of Auckland and held at its campus in Auckland, New Zealand, from June 24 to 26, 2024.

Approximately 130 participants from 60 APRU member universities attended the meeting. The event also provided valuable opportunities for diverse exchanges, as participants of the Women in Leadership In-Person Summit, which had been held immediately beforehand, joined the meeting as well. From UOsaka, YAMAMOTO Beverley Anne, Senior Executive Vice President, and MOCHIZUKI Mayumi, Associate Professor at the Center for Global Initiatives, participated in the meeting.
